How to care Legs

Every year billions of dollars are spent on expensive creams, lotions, ointments and gels in an attempt to get perfect skin and beautiful legs. But expensive over-the-counter skin care treatments often contain harsh chemicals and synthetic perfumes, which can cause your skin more harm than good. If you want beautiful legs naturally and easily, just open your kitchen cabinets. Read on to learn how to care for legs with natural home treatments.

Moisturize All the Time

Massage almond oil into your legs every day after a shower as a natural moisturizer. Almond oil not only deeply moisturizes your skin, but can work to relieve pain and reduce the swelling of tired legs and feet. The gentle daily massage combined with the anti-inflammatory effects of almond oil can help to prevent and reduce varicose veins.

Exfoliate And Buff Your Legs Regularly

Exfoliate your legs once a week to remove dead skin cells and revitalize the look of your skin. Sea salt and sugar scrubs are great exfoliates, but there are many products on the market you can choose from.

Nourish them with Vitamins

As a new younger looking layer of skin takes the place of the scraped dead layer, you need to nourish your legs with vitamins that can strengthen and improve the health of the skin on your legs. The new skin layer can be more receptive and responsive to nourishment and any other leg treatment, hence always follow up the exfoliating and the buffing of your legs with the application of skin nutrients. Applications that are rich with vitamins A, B complex, C, and E are usually the best for your skin.

NO TIREDNESS, NO SWEAT

While heightened feet perspiration, it’s recommended to use talc or make foot baths, adding boric acid or borax (1 teaspoon on a basin). After such procedure it’s very good to rub space between toes and sprinkle them with a powder, made of a mixture of 6 teaspoons of borax, 6 teaspoons of talc and 1 teaspoon of boric acid. Put on socks before going to bed. Don’t wash feet in the morning.

Leg exercises

Walking, jogging, cycling and swimming are the best form of exercises for shaping the legs. Remember, the actual shape of your legs cannot be changed easily within short period of time. But you will surely get results by spending some time for your legs in your daily routine activities. Exercising will tone up your calves and strengthen your ankles, making your legs look very attractive and of course increasing your stamina.
